Requirements
Must:
- Vendor certification of VMware, MS Windows System Support, Cisco knowledge - LAN / WAN, Juniper, IP Trade is beneficial
- McAfee SIEM Security - Security Information Events Management knowledge
- IT / ICT further education
Responsibilities
- Configuration and replacement of datacentre equipment such as Cisco and Juniper firewalls, Cisco switches, Cisco and Dell server hosts whilst maintaining system operation
- Provide both on-site and on-call support capacity for TPCMS with the ability to travel throughout the UK
- Proactively monitor the availability, performance, and security of TPCMS as part of a 24x7 team
- Address TPCMS issues by resolving the issue or assigning to internal staff or external providers for resolution
- Proactively engage with all members of the System Management Team to support a continuous improvement program for TPCMS and the service provided to the customer
- Ensure all Service Level Agreement targets are exceeded
- Support the transition of the TPCMS service to other parties by aiding the development and training needs of candidates
