Requirements
Must:
- Vendor certification in VMware, MS Windows System Support, Cisco knowledge (LAN/WAN), Juniper, IP Trade is beneficial
- McAfee SIEM Security knowledge (Security Information Events Management)
- IT/ICT further education
Responsibilities
- Configure and replace datacentre equipment such as Cisco and Juniper firewalls, switches, and server hosts
- Provide on-site and on-call support for TPCMS, with the ability to travel throughout the UK
- Proactively monitor availability, performance, and security of TPCMS as part of a 24x7 team
- Address TPCMS issues by resolving them or assigning them to internal or external providers
- Engage with the System Management Team to support a continuous improvement program for TPCMS
- Ensure all Service Level Agreement targets are exceeded
- Support the transition of the TPCMS service by aiding in the development and training needs of candidates
