Requirements
Must:
- Fortinet Expert Certification
- Fortinet SD-WAN design and delivery experience
- Knowledge of Fortimanager and Fortimonitor
- Fully competent knowledge of quality standards, processes, and regulatory requirements applicable to the designated discipline/business area
- Excellent customer facing and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead within the customer account for both internal and external requirements
- Serve as an internal technical escalation point and mentor/coach internal resources
- Resolve highly complex technical design or service issues
- Lead root cause analysis to drive issue resolution and limit customer impact
- Review and report on specific customer incidents and manage customer expectations
- Ensure escalation and feedback drives high performance throughout the company
- Maintain documentation and technical databases related to the customers network infrastructure
- Assist in the build and design of Proof-of-Concept scenarios and Type Approval activities
- Lead pre-staging of equipment for customer sites as part of projects or installs
- Create and deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development
- Provide technical assistance to sales teams in various formats including customer meetings and presentations
