Requirements
Must:
- Vmware, Hyper-V, DNS, Active Directory etc
- Holds the relevant specified/designated Licences/certifications
- Computer literate, competent with MS Office suite, Word, Excel, etc
- Fully competent knowledge of the quality standards and processes and regulatory requirements applicable to the designated discipline/business area.
- Competent in people management
- Competent all-round verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused and able to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
- Commercially aware
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the infrastructure engineering team to create ideas for new products or services
- Draw up plans for new designs and deliver products and/or services
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task or project completion
- Coordinate work activities with other supervisors across projects
- Oversee the realization of infrastructure ideas from initial design through to production, testing, and installation
- Draw up detailed technical plans for ideas and concepts
- Use mathematical and scientific skills to create workable, real-world solutions
- Provide leadership and direction on appropriate materials for new products or systems
- Ensure accurate cost analysis forecasts for projects
- Complete required technical and regulatory documents
- Provide technical oversight on quality-control tests and oversee construction, manufacture, development, and deployment
