Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a customer service or helpdesk role
- Proficient in using helpdesk software and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ITIL processes preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to users via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues and inquiries
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for further investigation
- Assist with onboarding and training of new users
- Maintain knowledge base articles and update documentation as needed
- Monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges
