Requirements
Must:
- Maintenance experience on either CCTV, CIS, PAVA, PHP, Access Control or an electrical background
- Experience of working with SLA driven maintenance contracts
- Understanding of using ServiceNow or similar IT platforms for job updates/closure/reporting
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Availability to work days, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily reactive maintenance activities across SISS and Telephony systems (CCTV systems, IP Networks, Help Points, Screens, Public Address, CIS, PAVA and Wi-Fi)
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual planned maintenance activities as defined by the Team Leader
- Ensure SISS assets are well maintained; report and fix station communication faults
- Utilize field IT equipment to provide real-time corrective and planned maintenance data
- Provide detailed reports for investigations of referred faults
