Requirements
Must:
- 5 years hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter in enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of DRS, HA, Distributed Switches, Content Libraries, and ESXi lifecycle
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerCLI, PowerShell, and some Terraform
- Understanding of networking, storage, and server fundamentals
- Familiarity with other hypervisors (KVM, KubeVirt, OpenShift)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage VMware solutions in enterprise settings
- Ensure the reliability and health of VMware infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ESXi and vCenter
- Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ongoing projects
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization
