Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior architectural role.
- Strong background in designing enterprise or cloud-native architectures.
- Experience operating in multi-team, distributed delivery environments.
- Ability to balance technical depth with commercial and stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience aligning architecture across application and/or data platforms.
- Familiarity with API-driven and integration-based ecosystems.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with .NET, Java ecosystems.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.).
- Nice-to-Have: Understanding of data platform integration concepts.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience contributing to longer-term product or technology roadmaps.
- Nice-to-Have: Background in regulated or large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture across enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Ensure alignment between frontend, backend, integration, and data components.
- Establish and enforce architectural governance, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal technical and data specialists who handle deep implementation.
- Lead architecture discussions with client stakeholders and provide strategic technical guidance.
- Support long-term roadmap planning and capacity forecasting.
- Identify architectural risks, trade-offs, and opportunities for optimization.
- Review solution designs and guide engineering teams across distributed locations.
- Communicate architectural decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
