Requirements
Must:
- Provide engineering and Senior-level support for all UNIX platforms, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8/9, Rocky, Solaris 11, and Oracle Linux.
- Banking and/or Financial Industry experience.
- Experience supporting core financial applications running on Linux and Solaris environments.
- Strong skills in system builds, patching, security hardening, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Python, or Bash.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Solaris systems on-premises and cloud environments.
- Oversee lifecycle management for RHEL and Solaris servers to ensure stability and compliance with standards.
- Automate operational tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor system health and support application teams with environment requirements.
- Lead incident management activities, including investigation and resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to the Service Delivery Team.
- Conduct trend and capacity management to ensure adequate resources for systems.
- Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to deliver Unix-based services.
