Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of regulated flows in the identity & authentication domain
- Proven ability to manage and align multiple technical dependencies across engineering, architecture, and business teams
- Experience translating complex regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, testable specifications within Payments or Financial Services Regulation
- Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate-based authentication mechanisms
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance requirement analysis, traceability, and test case generation
- Solid experience working with core banking and payment products with an understanding of regulatory and operational considerations
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple platforms and stakeholders
- Experience defining requirements for multi-channel notifications (mobile, web, email, SMS)
- Exposure to AI tools that enhance requirement elicitation, documentation, traceability, and validation
- Experience working within large-scale, regulated financial services environments with strong governance frameworks
- Background in Payments, PSD2, and IAM (Identity Access Management)
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage requirements for regulated identity and authentication flows
- Oversee the alignment of technical dependencies across cross-functional teams
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear specifications
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of PKI and authentication mechanisms within projects
- Leverage AI tools to improve requirement analysis and traceability
- Manage the requirements for event-driven flows and messaging patterns
- Collaborate with teams on core banking and payment products ensuring compliance
- Define multi-channel notification strategies for customer communications
- Create and validate documentation of technical requirements
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks in compliance with financial services regulations
