Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical background in Salesforce development
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Expertise in Apex coding (classes, triggers, and components)
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring Salesforce features such as case management and workflows
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and task management tools like Jira
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on provided designs.
- Customize and configure Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, automation, and workflows.
- Develop complex Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
- Write, test, and deploy Apex code to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain robust DevOps practices, including source code management and branching strategies.
- Work within an Agile development environment, using Jira for task management.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverable deadlines.
- Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects, Project Managers, and QA Consultants.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
- Adhere to best practices for Apex, Flows, and participate in peer reviews.
