Must:
We are looking for candidates who are highly skilled and innovation-focused. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and experienced in building multi-step intelligent systems. Comfort with working across UI, APIs, cloud AI platforms, and observability tools is essential. Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, CrewAI, and others is preferred. Additionally, experience with agent collaboration (A2A), multi-agent task routing systems, and understanding of ethical AI and safety frameworks would be a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will rapidly build and iterate on LLM- and agent-based prototypes for various use cases, including chatbots, copilots, and A2A task agents. Your tasks will include implementing agentic workflows, multi-step reasoning pipelines, and memory management using the relevant frameworks. You'll also engineer and tune prompts to enhance performance and reliability of generative tasks, design RAG systems using vector databases for contextual retrieval, and incorporate semantic search strategies. Furthermore, you will optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency, implement memory modules to support persistent agent behaviors, use cloud platforms for model orchestration and deployment, and develop robust API integrations.

This is a Contract position for a Junior AI Engineer, located in Liverpool, UK, with a daily rate of £400.00 - £425.00.
