Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in an IT Support or 1st/2nd Line role
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Intune device management
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows OS and endpoint issues
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working onsite full-time initially
- Experience in insurance or financial services is beneficial, but not essential
Responsibilities
- Support the business across 1st and 2nd line IT issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage Azure Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and licenses
- Troubleshoot user issues across cloud apps and collaboration tools
- Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices via Intune
- Apply compliance policies, security baselines, and app deployments
- Monitor device health and resolve endpoint issues
- Prepare hardware, accounts, and access permissions for new joiners
- Manage secure access removal and data handling for leavers
- Log, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests
- Work closely with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for escalations and project support
- Maintain documentation, asset lists, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide support for business-critical applications
