Requirements
Must:
- Proven background as a Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Project Consultant within Finance transformation.
- Strong experience in M&A, carve-outs, or large-scale organisational integrations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Finance systems and technologies.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a high-visibility, high-expectation environment.
- Experience delivering in fast-paced, confidential, and complex programme structures.
- Comfortable working fully remotely with global teams.
- Project management, mergers and acquisitions, RAID, separation, carve-out, finance, ERP systems knowledge.
- Program management and project coordination skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador, showcasing confidence, experience, and skill in executing mergers, acquisitions, separations, integrations, and carve-outs.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the customers existing finance systems across all brands and entities.
- Define the target operating model and system landscape post-merger.
- Lead the stand-up and implementation planning of ERP systems and a Microsoft Dynamics platform.
- Validate current platforms and support the selection of future finance systems.
- Manage integration considerations between systems.
- Operate as a senior consultant/project manager within a complex carve-out environment.
- Work directly with the global end customer, ensuring exceptional service levels, communication, and time management.
- Coordinate across multiple entities and multiple brands with differing system baselines.
- Ensure all deliverables align with M&A timelines, compliance requirements, and global finance standards.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance ERP Project Consultant for a fully remote position, initially for 11 months with potential for additional projects. Our focus is on leading the implementation of new finance ERP systems as part of a large-scale M&A integration. Youll work in a fast-paced environment alongside global teams, ensuring high-quality results across diverse brands and entities.
