Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in supporting and engineering Exchange Email on-premise and Exchange Hybrid environments in a large organization
- Experience migrating a large number of mailboxes to M365 Exchange Online
- Solid working and engineering knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server SE, including automation, troubleshooting, high availability/disaster recovery, and security
- Proficiency in Exchange Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, M365 Copilot, and Azure
- Strong incident management and crisis response skills related to Exchange technical issues
Responsibilities
- Act as a Global Subject Matter Expert for email technologies, primarily Microsoft 365 Exchange Online
- Ensure optimal performance of the Exchange email service by collaborating with various teams, vendors, and partners globally
- Support and lead incident management escalation and crisis calls related to Exchange issues impacting the email service
- Support new email large-scale projects aimed at IT optimization, cost reduction, user productivity enhancement, security improvement, and regulatory compliance
