Requirements
Must:
- A good understanding of financial markets and products, particularly in fixed income and bonds.
- Front office support experience.
- Preferable experience with the ION MarketView platform.
- Knowledge of Unix and SQL.
- Experience in a support position for capital markets, including business, products, and applications.
- Familiarity with electronic trading workflows (D2D and D2C).
- Additional skills such as experience in services management and a business analyst skill set will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Manage requests, incident management, and problem-solving within our Bonds sector.
- Drive process and service improvements.
- Contribute to knowledge management and skills development.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the eBusiness infrastructure and applications are fully functional.
- Ensure global service quality and ongoing improvement.
Description
We are a well-known Tier 2 investment bank offering a hybrid working position, requiring you to work three days in the office located in Liverpool Street, Central London. This is a contract role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. We offer a competitive daily rate ranging from £400.00 to £500.00.
