Responsibilities
- Finance and Budget Management:
- Assist in overseeing and reporting on the department’s budget, providing insights on cost efficiency and spending.
- Maintain the department's service catalogue and internal budget governance material.
- Resource Management:
- Manage processes for resource management, ensuring compliance with contracts and maintaining records for hiring and onboarding.
- Support strategic initiatives related to resource management and efficiency.
- Vendor Management:
- Oversee vendor governance reviews and manage operational resource vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with vendor contracts and orchestrate supplier onboarding.
- Governance and Reporting:
- Develop and implement necessary policies and procedures for department operations.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of departmental reports and materials for senior management.
- General Administration:
- Handle department communication and event coordination, including meeting minutes and document preparation.
- Manage logistical tasks such as room bookings and travel arrangements for team members.
