We are looking for candidates who possess a strong understanding of banking operations, the regulatory landscape, and technology trends. Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, system design, and technical concepts is essential. You should be able to analyze data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a financial services or technology environment, is essential. Experience in Enterprise Architecture or Technology Strategy functions is a strong plus. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI is necessary. Familiarity with industry frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman and experience in Agile methodologies would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with business units, technology teams, and architects to understand objectives, elicit requirements, and drive consensus on project scope. Your responsibilities will also include conducting detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and technical requirements. You will need to translate complex concepts into clear, concise documentation and partner with divisional architects, solution designers, and technical staff to ensure that solutions align with our business strategy and architecture principles. Additionally, you will support the creation and evolution of roadmaps, capability models, and architectural blueprints while identifying and recommending process improvements. Analyzing key performance metrics and presenting insights to stakeholders to support decision-making will be important, as well as producing high-quality documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows. Supporting change management initiatives and ensuring alignment with internal governance and regulatory requirements will also be key aspects of your role.
