- I am familiar with maintaining Cyber Essentials / Essentials Plus compliant infrastructure.
- I have experience with server administration, including Active Directory user and group management, Exchange/Office 365, file shares, and permissions.
- I communicate effectively with team members, customers, and managers, promoting ideas and innovation.
- I approach problem-solving methodically and adaptably, showing initiative and resourcefulness in unusual conditions.
- I possess a professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will be involved in establishing best practices and influencing the direction of the IT and cloud solutions offered. I will ensure the efficient and smooth running of both internal and client infrastructure while supporting a mix of hybrid remote work and local site visits.

I am Techunite Ltd, and I am recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join our expanding organization near Godalming. This full-time, permanent position offers a pay range of £25,000.00 - £34,000.00 per year.
