Requirements
Must:
- 3 years of experience in 1st line support (preferred)
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software
- Proficient in installing and configuring computer and network hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Experience in managing user accounts, profiles, and permissions
- Ability to manage and resolve system and network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Capable of working on-site at client premises when required
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal staff
- Set up, monitor, and maintain customer computer systems, applications, and networks
- Install and configure computer and network hardware and software
- Proactively monitor and maintain systems and networks
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software faults
- Respond to incidents, alerts, and support tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects
- Provide on-site support and installations when needed
- Take on primary and secondary support roles during projects
