Requirements
Must:
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience testing complex, integrated systems (hardware + software)
- Strong background in system-level validation and automation
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable leading testing initiatives and working cross-functionally
- Clear communicator able to present technical findings effectively
- Experience with sensing technologies or data-rich physical systems (desirable)
- Exposure to real-world trials or operational environments (desirable)
- Background in high-reliability or safety-critical domains (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the overall testing strategy and roadmap
- Lead system-level validation across lab and field environments
- Execute and analyse structured test campaigns
- Drive adoption of test automation and efficient tooling
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
- Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Continuously improve testing processes and coverage
