Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as IT Manager / Head of IT or similar
- Strong leadership with ability to drive change
- Hands-on experience with Linux servers and physical infrastructure
- Experience in O365 Administration and Windows Support
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and migration strategies
- Background in designing and implementing IT systems
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations and manage a team of 4
- Ensure secure network and data systems
- Lead initiatives that align IT with business goals; identify process improvements
- Identify risks and lead ISO/IEC 27001/27002 compliance; conduct audits
- Develop, maintain, and test backup and recovery plans
Description
We are Technify Talent, partnering with a leading technology business in Reading to hire a Contract IT Infrastructure Manager for a 6 to 9 month contract. This hybrid role involves overseeing a small IT team while driving the businesss IT transformation journey from on-premise infrastructure to the cloud. We offer a competitive day rate of £500 to £600 and an opportunity to make an impact in an evolving tech environment.
