Requirements
Must:
- Experience leading or mentoring data science teams
- Strong background in machine learning and statistical modelling
- Strong programming skills (Python essential)
- Experience working with complex, real-world datasets
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams
- Experience with sensor data, computer vision, or geospatial analytics (nice to have)
- Background in hardware-integrated or real-time systems (nice to have)
- Experience deploying models into production environments (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of data scientists across multiple specialisms
- Designing and delivering machine learning and analytics solutions
- Working with multi-sensor datasets
- Developing approaches for data correlation, fusion, and modelling
- Collaborating with engineering teams to deploy models into production systems
- Helping define data science standards, tooling, and best practices
Description
