We are looking for candidates with experience in developing secure Golang-based microservices. You should have a strong understanding of security, scalability, and reliability. For the Lead Developer position, we also seek strong leadership and mentoring skills alongside hands-on development expertise.
Responsibilities
As a Golang Backend Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain secure Golang-based microservices. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to implement DevSecOps practices, ensuring that security is integrated throughout the development process. If you apply for the Lead Developer position, you will undertake the same responsibilities but will also lead the development team, assign tasks, and oversee the technical direction of projects.
Description
We are the hiring company for two positions: a Golang Backend Developer and a Lead Developer, to join our team in Richmond. Both roles offer flexible working hours, performance and yearly bonuses, and professional development opportunities in a collaborative and innovative environment. The salary ranges from £50,000 to £70,000 for the Golang Backend Developer role and up to £85,000 for the Lead Developer position, depending on experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working model (3-4 days onsite; 1-2 days working from home).
