Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a Programme environment involving data migration and transition or project where data is being collated for a similar environment
- Familiarity with data usage in CAFM software and/or delivering FM contracts
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced MS Excel skills including Pivots and Macros
- Ability to gather and present analytics, reports, and findings to stakeholders
- Experience in systemised processes and ensuring synergy between data and business flows
- Strong data integrity management skills
- Capability to leverage data for business insights while maintaining data security
- Experience working on fast-paced projects with fixed go-live dates
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and basic understanding of SQL
- Experience using Jira KANBAN or other digital KANBAN tools
- Good knowledge of software integration and hosting technologies (Azure and IaaS virtualized)
Responsibilities
- Identify, create, and maintain the Data Dictionary for new requirements
- Review contractual specifications and business requirements to perform gap analysis
- Coordinate new data sources with client counterpart(s) for storage and security compliance
- Advise on synthetic data creation for development and testing purposes
- Lead governance and stakeholder relationships to ensure data accuracy and appropriateness
- Support Senior Transition Manager and Technical Project Manager with transition planning
- Prepare all required data for transition to live
- Lead hypercare data reconciliation exercises
- Identify data risks, issues, and assumptions for RAID log
- Support Quality Gateway management by providing necessary data products

KBR supports hydrocarbon and government services markets across six continents and offers challenging assignments on some of the worlds largest and most complex projects. We are currently seeking a Data Lead for a 7-month assignment based in Leatherhead, Surrey. Our offer includes a competitive hourly pay rate and the flexibility of remote working.
