Requirements
Must:
- A level or higher in Computing / IT or relevant experience
- IT Certification such as those from Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an IT Support role
- Proven experience of 1st and 2nd Line Support across Windows 11
- Experience with Linux based systems
- Experience in the setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, and Android mobile devices
- Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications
- Familiarity with Cyber Essentials Plus
- Experience in managing and maintaining backup solutions
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line support to Windows 11 users
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of hardware, software, and infrastructure issues
- Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution
- Collaborate closely with a technology team
- Assist in the setup and configuration of devices
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications
