Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years experience in ServiceNow delivery, ITSM/CSM/HR projects, or digital transformation consulting.
- Strong understanding of enterprise service management processes and agile delivery methods.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or Business Analysis are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to define requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow solution designs, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Oversee delivery of ITSM, CSM, and HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Track KPIs and support adoption to ensure measurable transformation outcomes.
Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support the delivery of AI-enabled business and ServiceNow transformation programmes. This full-time role is based in London with hybrid work options. As part of our team, youll blend technical and functional responsibilities across ITSM, CSM, and HR workflows, focusing on project delivery, business analysis, and stakeholder management to shape and implement enterprise service transformation initiatives.
