Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Developer
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 applications and document management
- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Proficient in developing Modern SharePoint sites and SPFx solutions
- Familiarity with Azure services and the ability to build Azure-based solutions
- Practical knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to use PowerShell for automation and maintenance tasks
- Experience in Office 365 BAU Admin activities
- Strong understanding of security practices with Office 365 and Azure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively
- Strong project management skills and experience with Application Lifecycle Management
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of Azure Servers, Web Applications, and Data Solutions
- Proficiency in web design/development using HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory

- Lead the creation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions
- Manage, configure, and develop within Office 365 environments
- Design and develop applications that support business needs
- Enhance interconnectivity across applications using Microsoft Graph API
- Develop and manage Modern SharePoint sites to improve user experience
- Implement front-end solutions using SPFx, PnP, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Core
- Integrate Office 365 applications with third-party services for seamless data flow
- Build and develop Azure-based solutions integrated with Office 365
- Perform Office 365 administration and development tasks
- Apply knowledge of SharePoint Online and associated services for effective management
- Automate tasks and deployments using PowerShell
- Implement robust security practices in all projects
- Communicate complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively within diverse teams or autonomously as required
- Manage project requirements, design processes, and implementation phases
- Stay updated with new technologies and identify effective solutions for business needs
