Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions
- Proficient in developing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and its applications
- Skilled in front-end development using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Core
- Experience with integration of Office 365 applications with third-party services
- Strong familiarity with Azure services including Logic Apps and Function Apps
- Practical experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of PowerShell for automation and deployments
- Experience in Office 365 administrative activities
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in diverse teams
- Strong project management skills for planning and multitasking
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management in Office 365
- Up-to-date with current technologies and proactive in finding solutions
- Experience with Azure Servers, Web Applications, and SQL Database development
- Knowledge of web design/development using HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Cloud

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions
- Manage, configure, and develop within Office 365 environments
- Design and develop integrated solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Enhance interconnectivity across applications using Microsoft Graph API
- Develop and manage Modern SharePoint sites, including web parts and site templates
- Implement dynamic user experiences utilizing SPFx and other frameworks
- Integrate Office 365 applications with third-party services for seamless application interoperability
- Build Azure-based solutions leveraging various Azure services
- Perform Office 365 product administration, configuration, and deployment
- Implement robust security practices for Office 365, Power Platform, and Azure
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks within project deadlines
- Generate designs and implement final solutions based on project requirements
- Maintain current skills and identify new technologies for effective solutions
