Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a qualified candidate with experience in a Tech Lead, VP of Technology, Principal Architect position, or CTO. Ideally, you have experience building and running a SaaS in a startup/scale-up environment, with expertise in areas such as Video Content, Social, Commerce, Community, Games, and EdTech. You should possess the ability to think strategically and anticipate technology needs 6-12 months down the road. You should be capable of driving complex technology shifts, breaking down innovation processes into clear, ambitious, and realistic strategies for execution, and rapidly testing prototypes prior to deployment. We value a strong technical background, including a track record with front-end technologies (React, Unity, WebGL, Android, iOS), back-end technologies (Kotlin, REST, AWS, PHP8/Symfony4, AWS/Azure), as well as AI and ML solutions. We expect you to have past experience as a hands-on software engineer, particularly in Back End systems. You should be skilled in transforming concepts from vision to technical solutions by collaborating with business, technical, management, and subject matter experts to deliver products or platform capabilities. Familiarity with machine learning applications, particularly in natural language processing, is a plus.
