Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Ruby Software Engineer with a strong background in Ruby on Rails development. Ideally, you will have experience with Ruby on Rails front-end frameworks, preferably React or Stimulus.js. You should be familiar with architectural design and CI/CD practices, including Docker and Terraform. Experience working in Agile and TDD environments is essential, and familiarity with data analytics would be beneficial. You must be able to demonstrate your experience with these technologies in scalable, highly secure, data-driven, accessible, and compliant environments.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with our CTO and Head of Engineering to advance our globally recognized niche product. You will collaborate across tech teams—internally and externally—as well as with stakeholders at all levels and third-party providers for integration with CRM, CMS, and payment platforms. Your contributions will directly impact our product suite in a modern, tech-for-good environment.
