- Proven experience in managing legacy systems during integrations - Strong understanding of data migration processes and ETL methodologies - Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination - Ability to document and analyze business logic and system functionalities - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for banking - Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies - Experience in developing training materials and supporting end-users

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Clients legacy systems during the TSB integration - Coordinate cross-functional teams to map, analyze, and migrate legacy functionalities to the new environment - Identify critical dependencies, risks, and migration challenges specific to legacy platforms - Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements during data and process migration - Document and catalog all legacy system functionalities relevant for TSB integration - Translate legacy business logic into integration requirements for IT and business stakeholders - Perform gap analysis to identify any missing or incompatible features between Client and TSB systems - Provide subject matter expertise for troubleshooting and validating migrated functionalities - Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from Clients legacy systems into TSBs target platforms - Define and implement data quality standards and validation checks during migration - Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve data mapping and reconciliation issues - Create and maintain comprehensive migration documentation and data lineage records - Assess compliance and regulatory risks associated with legacy systems during integration - Ensure that all migrated functionalities and data comply with local and international banking regulations - Advise on the decommissioning of legacy components in a controlled and auditable manner - Develop training materials for TSB users on legacy functionalities being retained or transformed - Coordinate knowledge transfer between Client legacy experts and TSB integration teams - Provide ongoing support post-integration to address issues related to legacy capabilities - Engage legacy experts early to ensure accurate requirements gathering and risk identification - Document legacy system processes, data schemas, and business rules to support mapping and migration activities - Secure dedicated resources with deep legacy system expertise to minimize business disruption - Establish rigorous testing protocols to verify functionality post-migration - Set up structured communication forums for continuous feedback during integration - Implement targeted change management initiatives for business users affected by transitions - Develop risk mitigation strategies for dependencies on legacy technologies
