Requirements
Must:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
- Experience working in an Agile scrum development environment
- Ability to create as is and to be end-to-end process value stream mapping
- Skilled in writing user stories from requirements provided by stakeholders
- Experienced in writing acceptance criteria for user stories to be classified as Definition of Ready
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for automation across various functions and processes
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies for developing and implementing automation solutions
- Ability to mentor junior Business Analysts in the team
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and concise user stories
- Create wireframes for user stories as part of the Definition of Ready
- Write acceptance criteria using Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- Ensure a healthy backlog at all times
- Prepare value statements for Program Increment (PI) planning
- Work with the development team to ensure that user stories are implemented correctly and meet business requirements
- Support release schedules including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
- Analyze and evaluate current processes to determine feasibility and ROI of automation
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Lean methodologies
- Monitor and continuously improve automated processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Map end-to-end processes to understand process flow
- Develop value stream maps to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Mentor junior Business Analysts on the team
