Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years experience in data analysis, reporting, or coordination roles within telecom, network services, or infrastructure programmes.
- Strong experience in data analysis within telecom, network, or infrastructure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret logical and physical network data (fibre, access, capacity, inventory).
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting discipline.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple network and programme sources (e.g. CRM systems, network inventory systems, design repositories, and deployment trackers).
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of logical and physical network data (e.g. routes, nodes, access points, capacity attributes).
- Maintain structured datasets supporting fibre deployment, access provisioning, survey outputs, and as-built records.
- Translate complex technical and operational data into clear, concise, stakeholder-ready reports and dashboards.
- Produce regular operational, SLA, KPI, and performance reports for programme governance forums.
- Support management reviews by providing insight-led commentary, trends, risks, and variance analysis.
- Ensure data handling and reporting complies with UK regulatory expectations, contractual obligations, and internal governance standards.
- Maintain full data traceability, version control, and evidence to support audits and Home Office compliance checks.
- Support information security and data protection requirements, ensuring appropriate access controls and secure handling of sensitive data.
