Requirements
Must:
- Solid experience with .NET / C# (including .NET Framework and newer .NET versions)
- Experience building web applications and APIs (ASP.NET MVC / Web API)
- Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g. SQL Server / T-SQL)
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data-driven development
- Exposure to development pipelines / CI-CD and modern development practices
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Mid-level developer (>2 years experience)
- Experience with an agency environment is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Keen to learn, adapt, and stay up to date with modern technologies
Responsibilities
- Contribute to both existing platforms and new development work
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams
- Utilize timesheets as required for tracking work
- Work in a hybrid environment, spending 2 days a week in the office
