Must:
We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer with strong experience in SCCM and Intune for software deployment and device management. You should have the ability to build and maintain Gold Images, manage equipment stock, and resolve deployment issues. Proficiency in Windows scripting, preferably in PowerShell, is essential. A solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and Anti-Virus is required. Experience with Office 365, Teams, and the deployment/patching of Line of Business applications is also necessary. You should be able to provide support across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms. Additionally, knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies and hardware repairs for laptops and desktops will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting large-scale device management, deployments, and infrastructure operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing software deployment and device management processes using SCCM and Intune, as well as troubleshooting deployment issues. You will also be required to build and maintain Gold Images and manage equipment stock effectively.
Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Norwich for a duration of 6 months, with a pay rate ranging from £200 to £250 per day via Umbrella.
