Requirements
Must:
- UK citizenship is essential due to security clearance requirements.
- Must be able to gain and maintain the highest level of UK Government security clearance.
- Experience as a Software Developer with a strong focus on frontend JavaScript development, preferably within the React ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS with a proven ability to develop modular frontend experiences.
- Experience collaborating with non-technical partners such as User Experience teams, and presenting work to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, deployment technologies, and cloud platforms such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical frontend applications that support key services.
- I will design and develop robust, scalable frontend applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- I will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and testing.
- I will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product owners, backend developers, and QA.
- I will mentor and support junior developers to help grow the team's capability and technical expertise.
