Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IDAM or security transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of identity principles, controls, and technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-project portfolios, balancing delivery, risk, and benefits realisation
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of project managers to deliver initiatives across identity lifecycle management, privileged access, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO)
- Shape the organisations next-generation identity security controls, supporting safe, responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI
- Collaborate across Cyber Security, IT, HR, and business functions, ensuring alignment, adoption, and effective change management
- Drive the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual, ensuring systems and processes are sustainable, scalable, and future-ready
