Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Python Programming
- Strong focus on GenAI and LLMs
- Experience with data handling using NumPy, Pandas, SQL
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control
- Experience in System Integration & Deployment
- Model Deployment with Flask, FastAPI, and MLflow
- Understanding of Model Serving using Triton Inference Server and Hugging Face Inference Endpoints
- API Integration experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral APIs
- Knowledge of LLM Frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Experience with Vector Databases such as FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, or Qdrant (nice-to-have)
- Background in MLOps including model versioning and monitoring
- Familiarity with bias detection and mitigation strategies
- Understanding of content filtering and moderation techniques
- Knowledge of LLM safety measures and guardrails
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams
- Skills in rapid prototyping and building MVPs
- Strong understanding of ML & LLM techniques
- Expertise in prompt engineering for optimizing prompts across use cases
- Experience evaluating models with metrics like perplexity and user satisfaction
- Familiarity with monitoring in production environments and tracking evaluation metrics
- Experience with A/B testing of GenAI features
Responsibilities
