- Track record of building an architectural practice from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred).
- Influential leadership skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Desirable: Experience with OutSystems, Orbus Infinity, or iServer.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Information Systems architecture strategy.
- Assess current systems and design future-state architecture.
- Drive integration, resilience, and compliance across platforms.
