Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Deep expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and integration with marketing and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Strong programming capabilities in Apex, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom development.
- The ability to design and optimize data architecture and data models within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, and Consultant.
- Proficiency with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with communication tools like Infobip for SMS and email campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platforms and systems.
- A background in marketing technologies and Salesforce administration to support end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, you will be expected to:
- Own and manage all end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs, including data migrations, data quality, system integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
- Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that deliver greater business value.
- Collaborate effectively and clearly communicate complex concepts, employing creative and prescriptive thinking.
- Design and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions while documenting best practices.
- Build custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations within the Marketing Cloud platform.
- Ensure high-quality, high-performance delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor junior developers and share your technical expertise.
- Conduct impact assessments for critical enhancements and manage end-to-end delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies like PWA/MRT and Salesforce B2C.
