Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Desktop Site and Remote Support Role
- Extensive knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Hardware and Software Management
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Tablets Device configuration and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of O365 Products and Services
- Knowledge of Device Security and Antivirus Programs
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and guide users
- A good customer-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of Desktop hardware installation and setup
Responsibilities
- Win-10 Desktop and Laptop Build – Refurbishment, OS Installation, Application installation via Azure AD
- Provide support for Desktop/Laptop in MMD infrastructure
- Manage CMDB
- Address tickets related to WIN-10/11 Deployment issues and requests
- Assist customers in application installations and provide first-level support
- Troubleshoot and resolve users’ desktop/laptop/tablet/phone issues remotely
- Manage End-to-End Infrastructure for Windows 10/11 devices and core applications
- Provide 1st Line Network Support and User Account Creation
- Support Microsoft Exchange and Printer Management
- Manage devices via Intune Portal and handle Antivirus Management
- Deploy Windows 10/11 patches and support meeting room setups
- Monitor operating system performance, plan operations, and perform troubleshooting and maintenance
- Troubleshoot O365 related issues
- Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve technical issues
- Participate in BAU operational support and project delivery work as instructed
- Maintain updated system installation and configuration documentation, processes, and procedures
- Perform periodic audits to evaluate the effectiveness of information security controls
- Move devices from build locations to user desks or dispatch them appropriately
- Create technical documentation, reports, and manuals
- Handle unpacking, repackaging, and shipping of Laptop/Desktop deliveries
- Be ready to travel across multiple locations in the UK based on project requirements
