Requirements

- Education: Complete degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Postgraduate Education: At least one postgraduate degree, MBA, or advanced certification in the area (e.g., DAMA CDMP Practitioner/Master, CIMP). Fundamental level certifications (Associate) do not meet this requirement.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 9 years of market experience, with a proven track record in proposing strategies and implementing data governance programs in large companies.
- Stability: Average stability of 3 years in the last jobs listed in the curriculum history.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced or fluent English.
Desired Certifications:
- CPDG – Certified Professional in Data Governance
- CGQD – Certification in Data Governance and Quality
- CAGD – Advanced Certification in Data Governance
- Data Governance Fundamentals – DataCamp
- CDMP – Certified Data Management Professional (DAMA International)
- CIPP/E – Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (IAPP)
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications in Data Management

Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Framework Development: Design and implement the data governance framework, including policies, standards, processes, and guidelines.
- Master Data Management (MDM): Lead or actively participate in MDM initiatives to ensure a single reliable source for the companys critical data (customers, products, suppliers).
- Data Quality: Define data quality metrics, establish monitoring processes, and lead projects for data correction and continuous improvement.
- Data Catalog and Dictionary: Structure and maintain the corporate data catalog, ensuring that data lineage, business metadata, and definitions are clear and accessible.
- Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with business areas to define and formalize the roles of Data Owners and Data Stewards, providing training and support.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that data management practices comply with the LGPD and other regulations, working together with Information Security and Legal teams.
- Leadership and Influence: Act as an authority on the subject, guiding project teams, architects, and business leaders on best governance practices.
