We are seeking an AEM Architect with extensive experience in consulting or technology organizations, coupled with a deep understanding of typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Forms, Campaign, Target, Analytics, Launch, AEP, etc.) within the Adobe Marketing Suite. Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience: - Ability to conduct business and technical workshops with C-level stakeholders. - Expertise in HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, XML, Java, WCM, services-based architecture, REST, web analytics, and targeting. - Knowledge of CMS concepts and implementation. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and devise effective solutions. - Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills. - Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. - Familiarity with current digital marketing trends, including topics such as personalization, cross-channel marketing, mobile, and data-driven optimization. - Functional knowledge of client-side development in JavaScript or native mobile apps, as well as front-end debugging. - Agile experience and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence. - A history of successful technical consulting or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises. - Understanding of AEM, Adobe Target, AEP, Campaign, and other Adobe technologies. - Knowledge of DTM/Launch/Tealium/Ensighten and marketing pixels. - A blend of business and technology acumen, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems. - Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to create clear observations based on customer interviews and data. - Exceptional customer-facing skills with experience engaging senior executives. - Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. - Skilled in collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and architecture teams. - Knowledge of tailoring communication to achieve desired results. - Experience with content management and marketing technology tools, including AEM Sites. - Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, AEM Forms, and AEM DAM.

Responsibilities

As an AEM Architect in Adobe Experience Management, I will ensure you are tasked with enabling best-in-class innovative interactive digital experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining KPIs for new projects and enhancements, utilizing industry best practices to design and architect optimal solutions. - Constructing technical architectures for multiple solutions that fit client industry standards, use cases, strategy, and technical needs. - Collaborating with Technical Leads to design solutions that effectively utilize Adobe tools and align with client strategies and industry standards. - Breaking down customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to client priorities, industry best practices, and necessary technology prerequisites. - Leveraging the latest industry insights to ensure marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and refined through data-driven insights. - Understanding business KPIs and translating them into functional and technical use cases and solutions to help our customers achieve their objectives. - Providing architectural guidance and coding best practices while advising and mentoring development groups. - Working independently with minimal guidance and taking accountability for my work and, at times, the work of others. - Offering process and standards advice in areas of my expertise. - Interpreting business challenges, identifying trends, and recommending alternative solutions.
