Must:

- Technical knowledge in one or more areas such as:
- Cisco, Meraki, Avaya
- MPLS, SD-WAN, SIP
- Experience designing and delivering solutions aligned to business needs
- Vendor engagement and third-party hosting experience
- Strong communicator (technical & non-technical)
- Creative thinker with rigorous implementation skills
- Excellent problem analysis and solution design abilities
- High-quality documentation skills
- Results-driven, resilient and highly committed
- Persuasive and confident in influencing others
- Methodical, flexible and supportive
- Quick to act with a positive can-do approach
Responsibilities
- Delivering consistent, secure and cost-effective Voice & Data services across the business
- Monitoring system availability, capacity and performance—driving enhancements where needed
- Supporting IT projects and change initiatives with Voice & Data expertise
- Providing expert 2nd-line support in line with SLAs
- Investigating incidents, escalating where appropriate and contributing to root-cause analysis
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, SOx, GISP and internal control processes
- Liaising with vendors to maintain high service standards
- Supporting continuous improvement across processes and technologies
