Project Cut Over Lead

- Establish an overall approach and project plans to ensure the 3 major streams of work (Data, Technical, Business) can be delivered in the desired cutover window - Define and obtain agreement on the principles for cutover - Oversee/Create the Data, Technical and Business plans for cutover - Develop comprehensive cutover runbooks, checklists, and decision logs - Map dependencies across all workstreams and identify critical path activities - Establish a cutover governance framework including decision-making authority and escalation paths - Identify, track, and mitigate cutover risks; maintain RAID log - Provide command and control around the entry into cutover and cutover trials including exit criteria - Develop and maintain rollback procedures and contingency plans - Provide evidence-based Go/No-Go recommendations for cutover readiness - Work with the BAU environment and release manager to ensure environments are available for the cutover trials - Validate readiness criteria are met before proceeding to live cutover - Provide regular communication with senior stakeholders, business owners, and technical leads - Ensure the appropriate resources are allocated and available during cutover windows - Coordinate with business continuity teams to minimize operational disruption - Facilitate cutover readiness meetings and decision-making forums
