Responsibilities
- Use cutting-edge desktop and trace technology to locate missing members
- Update member details in our database
- Manage workload to ensure project delivery on time
- Make outbound phone calls to verify members
- Answer inbound phone calls when required
- Respond to member portal inquiries
- Conduct mortality and trace investigations
- Adhere to UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all company business
- Provide support as required throughout the company
