Responsibilities
- Utilize cutting-edge desktop and trace technology to locate missing members and reunite them with their pension schemes and investments
- Update member details in our database and manage workload to ensure timely project delivery
- Make outbound phone calls to verify member information
- Answer inbound phone calls as required
- Respond to member portal inquiries
- Conduct mortality and trace investigations
- Adhere to UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all company business
- Provide support as needed throughout the company
Description
