Responsibilities
- I expect you to manage client renewals, contracts, and account retention.
- You will identify and deliver upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Building strong relationships through regular client contact and strategic planning will be key to your success.
- You will partner with our business development colleagues to support new opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate forecasts, pipelines, and documentation will be part of your role.
- Staying informed on technology trends and competitor offerings is critical to support client growth.
