- I have 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production Flutter apps at scale.
- I possess 5+ years in iOS and Android development (Swift, Java, Flutter).
- I have over 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- I have deep knowledge of modern state management approaches.
- I bring hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, New Relic, or similar).
- I am a strong communicator, able to clearly explain technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.
- I am highly organized and resilient, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- I am motivated by ownership and the opportunity to strengthen engineering and people practices as the team grows.

Responsibilities
- I will build and refine Flutter apps with a strong focus on UI, animations, performance, and reliability.
- I will own the mobile architecture, including state management, networking, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, monitoring, and alerting.
- I will lead and mentor the squad, planning sprints, unblocking engineers, coaching junior developers, and raising risks early.
- I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with product goals.
- I will track and improve app health, including crash-free rates, render times, and app store ratings.
- I will drive code quality through reviews, feedback, and technical leadership.
